Where it started
As a teenager, my Dad was always smoking meats and sides for parties. I always enjoyed watching/helping, and most importantly, learning! After he passed away in 2016, I knew I had to carry on with our joy of smoking. As I grew older, I started to enjoy it even more. Doing parties for myself, friends and graduation parties, I was receiving a lot of compliments and "word of mouth" started to travel fast! I have been smoking on my own for a little over 10 years, and my passion is bigger than ever.
